About Thai Summit

Thai Summit America Corporation is a privately held subsidiary of Thai Summit Group. The 1.2 million square feet facility, in Howell Michigan, houses (4) Tandem, (5) Servo Transfer presses, Assembly Bays, Tooling and Die services, Warehousing space, Engineering and Administrative offices to support North America production.

World Leader

Thai Summit America with its Corporate facilities in Asia Pacific is a global supplier to OEM’s in major class A stamping and assembly components. The Howell facility is the first manufacturer in North America to introduce remote laser welding and utilize entire surface imaging for timely communication with customer. First company to create supplemental tooling to manipulate blanks under ram to allow a nested configuration that yields higher material utilization.

Safety. Quality, Environmental Policy for our Integrated Management System (IMS)

Our Policy is to provide a Integrated Management System that promotes a:

  • Commitment to nonconformance prevention, the reduction of variation and waste through the effective use of our data and Integrated Management Systems.
  • Commitment to achieve our Safety, Quality, Environmental objectives through associate awareness, motivation and empowerment programs.
  • TSAC is committed to support the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Act (“Regulation on Conflict Minerals”) issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission in August 2012.  Conflict minerals known as tin, tungsten, tantalum, and gold, even thought we are not in the scope of this act.
  • TSAC adheres to the guidelines by encouraging suppliers to source from smelters verified by a third party.
